A brief history of Orcuma!

We started life in 2011, developing software and working on various projects with clients in the public and private sector. We started developing our own CRM/Case Management system ("FIRsT") after realising that some of the CRM products on the market weren't flexible enough for some users, and were expensive to implement, requiring external consultants in most cases.

We now concentrate mainly on the multi-agency safeguarding and community safety market, as that is where we have bulit up our experience and case studies. However, the FIRsT system is extremely configurable and can be tailored to most applications: for example, one of our clients use it to organise their sports events and manage all their coaches and teams.
